This ‘Thermal Insulation Industrial application’, for construction industry, will deliver savings of an estimated 75% of all the ‘heating, and cooling costs’, energy costs incurred by the 62 World countries, who would realize the savings by aggressive investment, transition, Inventive system installation plan for all the buildings within their country within a decade or two. The 62 countries realized ‘energy savings’ over the next 100 years period, and my claim of 10% of this ‘energy savings’ is a ‘Significantly, Extremely High’ contributor to the sale price of my invention. Further, several countries among the 62 countries experience extreme weather conditions through a portion of the year, or all through the year. Hence this is the highest valued Industrial application of my Invention ‘Systems and Methods’.

Based on a conservative estimate, here is the sale price by the National and Regional patent applications, must be read National and Regional Patent rights, the sale price including sale of all sector Industrial applications of the invention. The wealth will be deposited in my bank account in INDIA, in a World neutral currency ‘EARTHLINGS’, according to the payment plans built into the 62 sale agreements. These sale agreements will be executed in the Honorable High court of Karnataka, upon the orders of the Honorable court, after my Introduction of Macro Economic reform Project Earthling© to 193 World countries at World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO assembly, and the reform is implemented and LIVE, and the organization of EARTHLINGS COUNCIL, EC, is the designated signatory and Payor, for the 62 sale agreements, to be executed one each with each of the 62 countries.

However, since all the industrial applications are from the same Invention ‘Systems and Methods’, the sale agreements would include the sale of all the Invention industrial applications, across all sectors. I am waiting for Union of INDIA, to provide their independent evaluation of the sale price. The sector data capture and valuations of furniture, decorative article, walls, electronic devises, electrical appliances, and fashion accessory, across 62 countries, were not conducted by me. They are negligible in comparison to the valuation of ‘Thermal Insulation Industrial application’ for construction industry. The sale includes all these Industrial application sectors. Automotive industry, and Industrial application of repeatable color change for ‘walls, odd walls’ at homes and offices are also sizeable contributors to the sale price, which are also included with the patent rights sold in the sale agreements.

For countries that experience extreme cold climatic conditions. With reference of PCT/IB2016/050994 filing date of 24-2-2016, considering a block of 100 years for energy cost computations, the following must be understood. The Energy savings realized are forever, while business and patent sale price calculations are computed by a block of 100 years.

The single or multi layer system, is attached on the outside of the building, with Thermal Insulation material filled into the fluid tight space, must be read as ‘Insulation material space’. The system could have more layers for color of the wall requirements, and other alternate design of multi layers system, and the implementation design options could be several, example, drilling minute apertures transmitting more heat into the building, home, office, industrial, or other, in one of the design implementation embodiments. The lab simulated tests, scaled up for volume of air in the house, office, Industrial, or other building include,

  • Maintaining the air temperature close to the wall inside, at an estimated 20-22 degree celsius.
  • Running the heater inside the building simply delivering comfortable living conditions, ambient temperature of 25-27 degree celsius.
  • If not for the Inventive system installation, every second, of every minute, of every day, of every year, for next 91 years, the heater is run, to deliver hot air into the building, with differential of external outside temperature ranging, varying across year, between 0, -10, -20, -30 degree celsius, to the comfortable living inside ambient target temperature of 25-27 degree celsius. The system with Thermal Insulation material, the heater must deliver hot air into the building, to deliver the differential between the surface of the building temperature 20-22 degrees to the comfortable living inside ambient target temperature of 25-27 degree celsius.
  • This reduced cranking up of the heater, usage of the heater across every second, of every minute, of every day, of every year, for next 91 years, will deliver 75% heating cost savings, each month, for each building, which must be cumulated across buildings of the country, to compute cumulated energy savings, across 91 years. In an embodiment, the system could be installed inside the construction for insulation, however the general preference of citizens might lean towards installing the system outside.

Implementation of the technology, trasitioning and transforming the country with ‘Thermally Insulated Energy Efficient Homes, Offices, Industrial, and Other constructions’. For example European countries, 38 countries, patent rights protected by EPO patent serial number.

  • Existing construction companies, and new construction companies must be re-energized, must start hiring and plan for the country wide work of ‘Installing the systems’, or ‘demolish and rebuild with the inventive systems’ programs.
  • All necessary technology work, simulations, technical lab work, calculations, must be completed by the ‘construction Engineering technology teams’, to fully support all the existing and new construction companies. The various design and implementation plans for transitioning would be made available for the construction companies, spanning all types of constructions across the country, and volume of air the construction holds.
  • Few banks empowered in the country to grant ‘TIEE construction loans’ for all citizens, owners of the constructions, buildings across the country. The construction companies are expected to be over subscribed for work, with orders from across the country. Example for a loan, 10,000 Euros, or 25,000 Euros loan for home owners, depending on the segment of the residential area and construction work involved.
  • Raw material sourcing and processing companies, suppliers, Engineering, and construction companies will all scale up their businesses, hire more, generate more revenue and become very profitable for years, decades statistically indicated in their financial reports, stimulating and energizing the country business and economic activity.

For countries that experience extreme heat climatic conditions. For the desert conditions, more technical simulation work, say for 3-6 months is required, to come up with optimal design.

  • If not for the Inventive system installation, every second, of every minute, of every day, of every year, for next 91 years, the cooler is run, to deliver cold air into the building, with differential of external outside temperature ranging, varying across year, between 36, 45, 50, 55 degree celsius, to the comfortable living inside ambient target temperature of 22-24 degree celsius. The system with Thermal Insulation material, the cooler must deliver cold air into the building, to deliver the differential between the surface of the building temperature 27-30 degrees to the comfortable living inside ambient target temperature of 22-24 degree celsius.
  • This reduced cranking up of the cooler, usage of the cooler across every second, of every minute, of every day, of every year, of next 91 years, will deliver 75% cooling cost savings, each month, for each building, which must be cumulated across buildings of the country, to compute cumulated energy savings. The fact of desert conditions which could be 50-55 degrees in the day time, and 36-40 degrees in the night time must be taken into consideration in simulation and for coming with accurate calculations. Desert condition buildings will be multi layered design with a middle cooling material filling hydrated, in one design embodiment.

An alternate, or used in combination technique by cities, and towns in extreme hot conditions, desert conditions, include ‘Building a city roof, town roof’ specially designed for energy harvesting of the hot conditions, example solar panels solar energy generation and usage for daily living requirements becoming the top of the roof, and possible alternate panel with differing properties placed, in a placed panel roof design in combination with energy derivation, built into the city or town roof. Examples include towns, cities in saudi, uae, and with reference of INDIA, cities, towns in Rajasthan.


The roof for a city, town would deliver a direct 10 degree celsius drop in the temperature below the roof, and when the Thermal Insulation systems are used in conjunction, of already reduced 10 degrees drop in temperature, and further using the derived solar energy to run fans, and coolers, and building the Thermal Insulation system cooling layer for the buildings, the combined cumulated energy savings would be maximized. While building a roof for buildings all across the World exists, no one city, or town in the World has built a city roof, or town roof. This is moderate construction Engineering work, with design knowledge required, extensive planning and capital.
